RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SNATCHD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward return and exchange policy is here to make the process hassle-free. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Orders paid through COD (Cash on Delivery) are not eligible for return

  • The product is not part of a final sale or promo.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 14 days.

  • Clearly mention your order number, item(s), and reason for return/exchange.

  • We'll arrange pickup or guide you to the nearest drop-off point (depending on your location).

  • Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.​​

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Used, washed, or damaged items not due to factory fault

  • Items returned after 14 days

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds are made via instant cash transfer, or store credit if preferred.

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ve got you. As long as the item is in stock and your request is within the 14-day window, we’ll handle the exchange smoothly.
